Sykdom får meg alltid til å tenke på hva som er viktig i livet selv og jeg ikke har vært alvorlig sjuk. God helse er en ting som er viktig for meg da både psykisk fysisk.&lt;br /&gt;Alle treningsprogram burde fremme bedre helse på alle plan.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg har satt opp mitt nye program med mål om å dekke alle plan av helse.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fysisk:&lt;br /&gt;-øke mobiliteten i skuldre og hofter siden jeg her er altfor stiv og på den måten ikke fungerer optimalt.&lt;br /&gt;-gjøre skadeforebyggende øvleser for skuldre kne siden jeg her skader meg oftest.&lt;br /&gt;-øke muskelmassen/styrken ved bruk av fuksjonelle øvelser.&lt;br /&gt;-øke utholdenheten ved bruk av funsjonelle type='text'>Lenge siden</title><content type='html'>Hadde egentlig glemt hele bloggen så da en venn lurte på hvorfor jeg ikke skrev noe tenkte jeg det var på tide å begynne igjen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Siste tiden har jeg brukt mye tid på KB trening tatt enda et kurs med Olof som var knallbra.&lt;br /&gt;Har flytta til Arendal endelig&lt;br /&gt;Har faste treninger med kuler og div mandag-torsdag&lt;br /&gt;Siste to ukene har det bare vært sporadisk trening pga sykdom og div...&lt;br /&gt;Når jeg begynner nå blir det forsiktig for å unngå skader akkurat for øyeblikket er jeg syk så det blir ikke noe trening før jeg er frisk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Min kjære kone er også bitt av trim bassillen så mitt nye program blir et som vi kan kjøre sammen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vil kjøre en mix av kuler kroppsvekt og monkeybargym.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 økter i uka blir intervall med løping,skipping kombinert med kettlebells&lt;br /&gt;-avsluttes med rehabøvelser for type='text'></title><content type='html'>27.-01.02.09&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Siden jeg skulle på instruktørkurs i helga sparte jeg på kreftene denne uka.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fredag&lt;br /&gt;Det ble litt pensumtrening med master Danny Supla defenca veldig direkte og fin drill med punjo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lørdag&lt;br /&gt;Lærte noen nye måter å gjøre swing på som var endel lettere for ryggen avsluttet med 10 min swing.(tungt glad jeg valgte en 12 kg)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cleans her var det mye detaljer jeg ikke hadde fått med meg fra mine youtube studier veldig bra instruksjon av Allan og Linn. Avslutta med 6 min cleans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Clean and press fin øvelse mange nyttige detaljer avslutta med 6 min clean and press pfffuuuuu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snatch endelig fikk jeg snatchen bra til med fint flyt og rytme her ser jeg virkelig fordelen av å ikke gå dypt med beina men heller bare en liten knekk i hofta. 6 min snatch ohh my good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Andre øvelser vi gikk gjennom&lt;br /&gt;windmill&lt;br /&gt;squat&lt;br /&gt;bear walk&lt;br /&gt;overhead squat 6 min det var grose smertsen&lt;br /&gt;tgu&lt;br /&gt;Allan viste en norsk utgave norwegian get ups myyyyye core arbeid.&lt;br /&gt;++++++++&lt;br /&gt;Avslutta søndagen med 300 challenge knalløkt som jeg kommer til å bruke mye.&lt;br /&gt;Et knall seminar veldig bra instruktører teknisk og
